• All services are private pay and due at the time of service.

  • Services may be eligible for reimbursement through a flex spending plan or HSA.

  • If your insurance offers out of network coverage, I can provide you with what is called a “superbill” and you can submit a claim for reimbursement. Prior-authorization may be required by your insurance company.

Office and Online Sessions

$130/hour or $65/half-hour

Home Sessions are available upon request for the Madison area only. If beyond Madison, additional charges for time and travel are applicable. Please email me to request a home session and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.

Caregiver Training via CLTS (Wisconsin’s Children’s Long Term Support Waiver Program- Dane County only)

  • Authorization through your case manager must first be obtained

  • When scheduling, select “pay later” option

Professional Mentoring

  • This rate is flexible and provided within a “pay what you can” model

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, 24 hours is required, or the session will be charged at 50% of the session rate. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (ex: I drive to your home and you are not home or available; I am waiting for you on Zoom and you don’t show up), you will be charged 100% of your session rate. If you are experiencing health related issues or signs of illness within 24 hours and need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the session. Please email, text, or call me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment time.
