I am a holistic occupational therapist and yoga teacher specializing in how the body and nervous system are impacted by trauma. I help people reconnect with their bodies through sensory processing, movement, breath work, self-myofascial release, and education. I have a special passion for supporting pelvic health and the nervous system. I want all people to feel empowered to tap into the profound wisdom of their body and the connection within.
